![]() Established in 2004, Dongguan Yinze Mould Fittings Co., Ltd. is a professional mold & die components manufacturer, providing standard and non-standard components for all over the world. We have obtained ISO9001:2000 certificate.
1. Equipment: We have 3 workshops equipped with high precise advaced equipments such as EDM, CNC Wire EDM, CNC Gun Drill Machine, High-speed CNC Lathe, Surface Grinders,Cylinder Grinders, Punch Grinders, Centerless Grinders etc. They are all imported from Japan, Switzerland or Taiwan and be operated by nearly 200 qualified and well-trained technicians. Tolerances can be held to within 0.001mm and surface finishes to 0.2 Ra.
2. Steel and Hot-treatment: All our steel are imported from Japan, Germany, the USA and Sweden. As for hot-treatment, we have specialized assistant factories and we do nitridizing and brunofix by ourselves.
3. Quality: Directly led by general manager, our quality department, also do very well in IQC, PQC and OQA, depending on advanced test machines: 3D/2D Automatic Measuring Machine, Projectionmeter, Microscop and Concentricity Measuring Instrument etc.
4. Management: We have already adopted ERP system in its operation.
5. Main Products: 1) For standard components, we manufacture strictly according to DME, HASCO, MISUMI, PUNCH, PROGRESSIVE, STRACK, CUMSA etc standard, as well as ISO, DIN, ANSI, JIS, GB, TAIWAN etc.standard. They include ejecotor pins and sleeves, blades, punches, mold interlocks, retainers, latch locks, leader pins and bushings, self-lubricating bushing, wear plates, gib and gib assemblies, sprue bush, locating ring, date samples, two-stage ejectors,air poppet vavels and cooling series etc. 2) For non-standard mould components, we are adept in core pins, rotating cores, mould thread, cavities, gate inserts,die blocks, die and stripper inserts etc. according to your requirements. They are widely used in stationery, cosmetics, packaging, closures,medical devices, metal hardware, plastic, electronic apparatus, automobile and machinery.
